Our construction and real estate group has substantial experience advising on major real estate projects in Poland. The Energy, Chemicals, Mining and Infrastructure Practice Group acted for Autostrada Wielkopolska S.A. in all aspects of negotiations of the Concession Agreement, construction, financing and renegotiation/refinancing of the A-2 motorway. This achieved Europe, Middle East and Africa Infrastructure Deal of the Year in Project Finance International.
