Baker & McKenzie’s commitment to pro bono and community service is as diverse as the people and places in which we operate. The fluent deployment of our worldwide talent, global legal expertise, and shared passion to help local communities allows us the unique opportunity to impact some of the most significant and complex issues in the world today. We’re working at both the macro and micro levels to make a difference, as only a firm with our global scale, local knowledge and specialized legal expertise can.

Across our many offices, the range of activities in which we participate naturally varies. But there is a common thread throughout that connects us as a Firm – the efforts of our lawyers and staff to embrace opportunities to help others through pro bono legal services, community service and volunteerism, fund-raising and charitable giving. We believe it’s our responsibility as a global entity and a privilege that is firmly embedded in our core values. 
Social responsibility in our Firm is not an initiative or a professional obligation. Making the Firm a rewarding place to work is a responsibility we have to our communities and to ourselves.
